SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times Because we work with multiple vendors and suppliers, shipping times may vary depending on the product and its origin:

Domestic (US) Orders: 5–10 business days

International Shipments to US Customers: 10–30 business days

Please note that some items may ship from outside the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Multiple Shipments If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times depending on the vendor.

Customs & Import Duties For items shipped internationally, customs fees or import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (if provided by the supplier).
